Fatal error: error in coupling with river links
« on: May 06, 2020, 07:37:07 am »
hi,
I am modelling the pamba river basin with MIKE FLOOD model(coupling MIKE HYDRO River & MIKE 21 FM).I have problem during the running of MIKE FLOOD which shows fatal error:error in coupling with river links, abnormal completion. Also shows warning as links are located outside the computational domain.what is the reason for it and how can i solve this error?

It seems like you are trying to couple nodes/links from MIKE HYDRO with your MIKE21 FM Mesh, but some of those nodes/links are outside of the computational domain (= outside of the Mesh). You should only couple links, that are inside the mesh.

sir,
Thank you for your valuable reply. How can we understand that which links are outside the domain and how to make the links inside the domain. Is it due to the  error in dfs2 files?. Please give me the procedure for making the links inside domain.
